Experience Innovator
careers@echouser.com- The Experience Innovator needs knowledge and skills in testing people. You will be conducting individual user testing sessions, focus groups, interviews, etc.
- You need to be technically adept with a variety of software products. We are constantly testing new software for clients, from top-end enterprise software to in-home consumer products. We also are expected to deliver results across a variety of publishing formats; e.g., simple reports, web delivery, video, etc.
- You need to be well versed in user interface design. Again, software evaluation is our core industry. We are expected to help provide solutions, not just identify problems.
- You need to have a solid understanding of measurement and statistics. We deliver advanced experience evaluation, not just qualitative feedback.
- You need the requisite knowledge and related skills related to the above. Work experience is preferred; however, not a requirement.
- A degree in Human Factors, Experimental Psychology, Usability, or similar specialization is preferred. Other technical degrees with emphasis or specific experience in these areas are also welcome.
